Sie sind in der Lage einen Western Blot zum immunologischen Nachweis von Proteinen durchzuführen.Sie können zur Diagnostik von Diabetes einen oralen Glukosetoleranztest durchführen und den HbA1c-Wert bestimmen.
Anknüpfend an den ersten Versuchstag führen Sie einen oralen Glukosetoleranztest durch, der ein wichtiges Verfahren bei der Diagnose von Störungen des Kohlenhydratstoffwechsels darstellt. Einen weiteren nützlichen Parameter in dieser Diagnostik stellt die Bestimmung des glykolisierten Hämoglobins da.
