250405 Reformpädagogik - eine kritische Betrachtung (B) (S) (SoSe 2024)

Reformpädagogik bezeichnet eine Vielzahl an pädagogischen Erneuerungsbestrebungen Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts und zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts. Dabei handelt es sich um ein internationales Phänomen. Gemeinsam ist den Reformkonzepten ein veränderter Blick auf den Heranwachsenden: Erziehung und Bildung werden "vom Kinde aus" gedacht; Entdeckergeist und Eigeninitiative stehen vor starren Lernvorgaben und Reglementierungen. Einige dieser Konzepte führten zu konkreten Erziehungs- und Schulmodellen, andere haben Anregungen für schulgesetzliche Vor-gaben oder weitere pädagogische Diskurse gegeben. Nach einer allgemeinen historischen Einführung werden wir uns im Seminar mit ausgewählten Ansätzen aus Europa und den USA beschäftigen. Die Konzepte sollen neben den pädagogischen Implikationen auch auf ihr allgemeines Weltverständnis und Menschenbild kritisch untersucht werden. Diese Erarbeitungsphase sollen Studierende in Einzelarbeit und/oder Kleingruppen durch Schreibaufgaben dokumentieren.
Insgesamt wird in dieser Veranstaltung ein besonderer Fokus auf das wissenschafltiche Schreiben gelegt.
