Zunächst stehen Bestimmung und systematische Einordnung der Algen im Vordergrund des Praktikums, um eine notwendige Artenkenntnis der Algen zu erlangen. Die Besiedlung verschiedener Gewässertypen mit Algen soll dann mikroskopisch festgestellt und verglichen werden. Dabei werden ebenfalls physikalische und chemische Gewässerparameter erhoben. Unterschiedliche Methoden zur Gewässergütebestimmung werden teils theoretisch, teils praktisch vermittelt. Leistungskontrolle: Protokoll, Referat
