Ziel des Kurses ist es, in einem Biomonitoring ausgesuchte Gewässer der Umgebung anhand ihrer Algenflora zu erfassen. Dazu werden zunächst die Merkmale der verschiedenen Algenklassen vermittelt und die Algen anschließend in ein System eingeordnet. Ausgewählte Vertreter der Algenklassen werden molekulargenetisch bearbeitet und im Sinne einer molekularen Systematik analysiert. Leistungkontrolle: Protokoll. [Lf: j; 50: n; Fs: n]
