Diese grundlegende Einführung hat zum Ziel, mit Hilfe einfacher lichtmikroskopischer Techniken den anatomischen Aufbau der drei Grundorgane einer Höheren Pflanze (Wurzel, Sproß und Blatt) kennenzulernen und mit Hilfe einer Zeichnung zu dokumentieren. Es werden von Frischmaterial Schnitte hergestellt, aber auch Fertigpräparate untersucht. Eine Leistungskontrolle in Form von Zeichnungen und einer Abschlußklausur ist obligatorisch.
