Im Rahmen dieses Seminars wird die Schule als von der Gesellschaft eingerichtete und getragene Institution an den formulierten Ansprüchen von Bildung und Erziehung analysiert.
"Schule ist Pflicht." Jedes Kind in Deutschland muss diese Institution durchlaufen - mindestens neun Jahre. Das prägt - oder besser: In ihr werden wir auch sozialisiert. Besonders unter diesem Aspekt werden didaktische Entscheidungen auf den Ebenen des Schulsystems, der Instituion und der Lerngruppe betrachtet.
Ein weiterer Aspekt wird die Auseinandersetzung mit der Kommunikationskultur in Schule sein.
Einführend wird die Gliederung der Erziehungswissenschaften und die Einordnung der Schule als pädagogisches Handlungsfeld erarbeitet.
