In zahlreichen Disziplinen werden personenbezogene Forschungsdaten erhoben. In diesem Seminar lernen Sie die rechtlichen Anforderungen der EU-Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO) an den Umgang mit personenbezogenen Daten kennen. Außerdem lernen Sie, wie Sie eine Informierte Einwilligungserklärung für Ihr Forschungsprojekt erstellen und wie Sie einen Antrag bei der Ethikkommission erfolgreich vorbereiten und einreichen.
