Nach dieser Vorlesung können Sie....- Prozesse beschreiben, die Pharmaka im Körper verteilen,
- den Einfluss der Bindung an Plasmaproteine auf die Verteilung von Pharmaka erklären,
- Grundlegende Mechanismen des Metabolismus von Pharmaka im Körper erläutern,
- Faktoren, die zur Variabilität in der Wirkung von Pharmaka beitragen beschreiben,
- erläutern wie pharmakogenetische Varianten die Wirkung von Pharmaka beeinflussen,
- die Bedeutung von ethnischer Herkunft in der Pharmakogenetik erklären.
In dieser Serie von vier Vorlesungen werden die Grundlagen der Anwendung von Arzneimitteln (Pharmaka) am Menschen besprochen. Was sind Arzneimittel? Wie werden sie verabreicht? Wie werden sie in den Körper aufgenommen? Wie gelangen sie an den Wirkort? Wie wirken sie? Wie beeinflussen sie die Funktion von Zellen? Wie lange wirken sie? Wir werden sie aus dem Körper entfernt? Wie dosieren wir Arzneimittel? Wie beurteilen wir erwünschte und unerwünschte Wirkungen? Wie beeinflussen sich Arzneimittel gegenseitig in ihrer Wirkung? Wieso reagieren Menschen unterschiedlich auf Arzneimittel?
