291211 Seminar: "Strafverfahren und Hexereiverbrechen" (S) (SoSe 2008)

Behandelt werden erstens die unterschiedlichen Formen des Strafverfahrens in ihrer geschichtlichen Entwicklung vom Klageprozess über das Anklageverfahren hin zum Inquisitionsprozess, wobei das weltliche und das kirchliche Recht berücksichtigt werden. Selbstverständlich wird in diesem Zusammenhang auch das damalige Rechtsinstitut der Folter aufgearbeitet. Zweitens wird das Verbrechen der Zauberei/ Hexerei in Abgrenzung und Beziehung zur Vorstellung von Magie im Volksglauben und zum Begriff des Teufelsbundes in der Theologie erörtert. Drittens ist Thema die Veränderung des Verfahrensrechtes in der Verfolgung des Hexereiverbrechens. Dabei wird auch auf die Kritik an der jeweiligen Verfahrensordnung (mit der Folter) eingegangen, die schließlich im 19. Jahrhundert zu grundlegenden Reformen führte.
Es wird eine Schwerpunktbereichshausarbeit angeboten.

Anmeldung bis zum 08.04.2008 in U8-206 oder per Mail an wschild@uni-bielefeld.de erfoderlich. Begrenzt auf 20 Teilnehmer. Sollten mehr Anmeldungen eingehen entscheidet das Los.
