Worum es geht:
Welche Folgen hat der Klimabeschluss des Bundesverfassungsgerichts?
Welche rechtlichen Voraussetzungen und Herausforderungen stehen hinter der Energiewende?
Wie lassen sich Umweltschutz und menschliche Nutzung in einem Regelungsregime miteinander verzahnen?Im Rahmen des Seminars können diese und weitere aktuelle Fragen des Umweltschutzrechts behandelt werden. Dazu bearbeiten die Teilnehmenden selbstständig Themen in Form einer Hausarbeit, welche im Plenum vorgetragen wird. Die Vorstellung erfolgt in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit des Sommersemesters.
