Diese Veranstaltung aus dem Forschungsbereich "Migration und Gesundheit" besteht aus einer methodischen und einer inhaltlichen Komponente. Zentrales Ziel der Veranstaltung ist es, an Hand eines besonders wichtigen und forschungsrelevanten Themas einen qualitativen Forschungsprozess „von Anfang bis Ende“ umzusetzen. Im Rahmen der methodischen Umsetzung werden qualitative Erhebungs- und Auswertungverfahren vermittelt und praxisnah erprobt. Im Weiteren bietet die Veranstaltung inhaltlich die Möglichkeit, sich durch eine Kooperationsklinik mit Experten/innen aus der Praxis über das Thema auszutauschen und sich mit der (gesundheitlichen) Situation und Krankheitsbewältigung türkischstämmiger Diabetiker/innen auseinanderzusetzen.
