In der Vorlesung "Einführung in die Forschungsmethoden der Psychologie" wird in die Grundlagen des empirisch-sozialwissenschaftlichen Forschungsprozesses eingeführt.

Einleitende Themenbereiche:

  • Psychologie als empirische Wissenschaft
    • Aufgabe & Gegenstand (Verhalten & Erleben, ...)
    • Methoden des Erkenntnisgewinns (Induktion & Deduktion)

Schritte im empirischen Forschungsprozess:

  • Idee & Erkundung (Neugier, Forschungsinteresse, Recherche, ...)
  • Fragestellung & Hypothesen:
    • Theorie <> Hypothese
    • Eigenschaften von Hypothesen
  • Planung und Durchführung der Untersuchung:
    • Methoden der Datengewinnung (Beobachtung, Befragung, ...)
    • Variablenarten (abhänige Variablen, unabhängige Variablen, ...)
    • Gütekriterien (interne & externe Validität, ...)
    • Forschungsansätze (Experiment, Quasi-Experiment, Korrelative Studien)
    • Untersuchungspläne (Within-Subject-Designs, Between-Subject-Designs, ...)
  • Formen der Ergebnispräsentation & Grundlagen wissenschaftlichen Arbeitens

Methoden der Datenanalyse sowie die Interpretation von Forschungsergebnissen werden in der Vorlesung NICHT behandelt! Siehe dazu: Vorlesungen Statistik I & II

Die Veranstaltung richtet sich ausschließlich an Studierende des Bachelor Studiengangs Psychologie (Kern- und Nebenfach) sowie an Studierende der FrauenStudien.
