Dieses Seminar ist eine der zentralen Veranstaltungen des Praxisschwerpunktes "Entwicklungsplanung und Entwicklungspolitik". Voraussetzung für den Scheinerwerb sind die regelmäßige, aktive Teilnahme, Vortrag und schriftliche Ausarbeitung eines ca. halbstündigen Referats. Ferner wird die Anfertigung von mindestens drei Kurzbesprechungen von Basistexten und ihre Präsentation im Plenum erwartet. Für jede Veranstaltung werden im Folgenden das zu behandelnde Thema und Verweise auf dazugehörige Grundlagentexte gegeben, aus denen die Kurzbesprechungen gewählt werden können.
