Derzeit sind RNA-basierte, post-transkriptionelle Regulationsmechanismen ein hot topic in der Molekularbiologie. Um die Beziehungen zwischen RNA und Proteinen in der Zelle aufzudecken, kommen eine Vielzahl molekularbiologischer Methoden zum Einsatz. Hierzu gehören nicht nur grundlegende molekularbiologische Techniken wie z.B. Reverse Transkriptionen, real-time PCRs und immunologische Verfahren zum Nachweis von Proteinen, sondern auch hochmoderne Methoden wie z.B. CRISPR-basierte Technologien und Techniken zur RNA-Immunpräzipitation (RIP, iCLIP etc.). Dieses Forschungsmodul führt Sie thematisch und methodisch in das spannende Forschungsfeld der RNA-basierten Regulation ein.
