Die Personalentwicklung eines Unternehmens steht in den Zeiten des demographischen Wandels neuen Herausforderungen gegenüber. Es sollen grundlegende Themen der Personalentwicklung, sowie die zunehmende Bedeutung des demographischen Wandels für die Personalentwicklung erörtert werden. Neben einer Diskussion dieser Herausforderungen (u.a. Abbau von Altersstereotypen) sollen spezielle PE-Instrumente (z.B. Talentmanagement) vorgestellt und anhand im Seminar entwickelter Kriterien kritisch reflektiert werden. Um eine vertiefte Vorstellung verschiedener Instrumente zu erlangen, werden vereinzelt praktische Übungen durchgeführt.
