Diese Vorlesung ist bereits Teil des Spezialmoduls „Ökotoxikologie“ (Belegnummer 202302) und braucht von Teilnehmern des Spezialmoduls nicht zusätzlich belegt zu werden. Diese Vorlesung ist daher nur für interessierte Studierende, die leider keinen Platz im Spezialmodul mehr bekommen konnten. Teilnahme bitte nur nach vorheriger Absprache mit Nicole Spann (nicole.spann@uni-bielefeld.de), da auch die genauen Termine erst noch bekannt gegeben werden.
Die Vorlesung behandelt Einträge von Schadstoffen in die Umwelt und deren Verteilung. Eingegangen wird anschließend auf die Aufnahmewege und die toxischen Effekte in Organismen und wie diese von anderen Umweltparametern beeinflusst werden (Bioverfügbarkeit). Standardisierte Labortests zur Bewertung von Chemikalien werden vorgestellt und auch deren statistische Auswertung (Berechnung von NOEC- und LOEC- Werten per ANOVA, EC50- und LC50-Werte mit Regression).
