In unterschiedlichen öffentlichen und wissenschaftlichen Bereichen werden seit Jahren immer häufiger verschiedene Formen der Unterstützung, Begleitung und Reflexion von Arbeitsprozessen nachgefragt und angeboten. Unter dem Oberbegriff Supervision herrscht dennoch im wissenschaftlichen Bereich einige Unklarheit, z. B. darüber inwiefern sich Supervision von coaching unterscheidet. In diesem Seminar wird es um ein wissenschaftliches Verständnis von Supervision gehen, um Entwicklungslinien und ihren geschichtlichen Hintergrund.

Master of Arts: Voraussetzung ist die Zulassung zum Master of Arts Erziehungswissenschaft.
