Die Veranstaltung richtet sich primär an Studierende des Schwerpunktbereichs 6 "Einwanderung und soziale Integration", aber auch an andere am Einwanderungsrecht Interessierte. Die Übung lehnt sich inhaltlich an die Vorlesung "Einwanderungsrecht I" an, ist jedoch (anders als ein "normales" Tutorial) eine eigenständige Veranstaltung. Der Schwerpunkt liegt in der Bearbeitung von Fällen zu den Themengebieten Einwanderung und Aufenthalt von Drittstaatsangehörigen inkl. sozialer Rechte sowie Staatsangehörigkeitsrecht. Neben der Fallbesprechung, die insbesondere auf die SPB-6-Klausur am Semesterende vorbereitet, bietet diese Veranstaltung auch Gelegenheit zur vertieften Auseinandersetzung mit dem Einwanderungsrecht sowie zur Simulation des Vortrags in der mündlichen SPB-Prüfung. Auf Wunsch der Teilnehmer wird außerdem eine Probeklausur angeboten.
