Ob Schüler*innen etwas im Unterricht lernen, hängt nicht nur von ihren kognitiven Lernvoraussetzungen und der Wissensvermittlung ab, sondern auch davon, ob und wie sie für da Lernen motiviert sind. Für angehende Lehrkräfte ist es daher wichtig, dass sie Kenntnisse zu motivationspsychologischen Grundlagen des Lehrens und Lernens erwerben. In diesem Seminar werden daher grundlegende Modelle der Motivationspsychologie vorgestellt und diskutiert. Die Anwendung der Modelle auf konkrete unterrichtliche Herausforderungen wird erarbeitet.

Das Seminar ist ein Basisseminar im Modul 27 BiWi 3 "Lernen und Entwicklung". Der parallele Besuch der Vorlesung Psychologie für die Schule wird empfohlen.

Von allen teilnehmenden Studierenden (auch jenen, die keine Studienleistung erbringen möchten) wird die regelmäßige Lektüre der Grundlagenliteratur sowie die Bearbeitung von im Moodle gestellten kleineren Aufgaben und sonstigen Arbeitsaufträge zur Vor- und Nachbereitung erwartet. Eine Studienleistung wird durch die Übernahme der Gestaltung und Moderation eines Teils einer Seminarsitzung (alleine oder in einer Kleingruppe) erbracht.
