Organisation B 4 – Organische Chemie:
Die Sicherheitsunterweisung zum Praktikum findet am Mittwoch, 27.04.2011 von 8.00 – 10.00 Uhr im Hörsaal 6 als Ersatz für die Vorlesung „Allgemeine Chemie II“ von Herrn Brockhinke statt.
Die Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung ist Pflicht! Eine Nicht-Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung führt zum Verlust des Praktikumsplatzes!Damit Sie bereits für das Modul B4-PC einen Spind zur sicheren Lagerung Ihrer Wertsachen und getrennten Aufbewahrung Ihrer Schutzkleidung zur Verfügung haben, findet in der Zeit vom 28.-31.03.2011 jeweils von 9-11 Uhr die Einzahlung einer Kaution statt. Zu diesen Terminen ist ein Kautionsbetrag von 60 Euro mitzubringen. Die Termine sind verbindlich, da nur zu diesem Zeitpunkt eine Geldannahme im Chemikalienlager der Fakultät für Chemie möglich ist.
Am Montag, 04.04.2011 von 12-14 Uhr findet im Praktikum der Organischen Chemie in F01-231a beim Technischen Personal die Schlüsselausgabe statt.
Das Praktikum Modul B 4 beginnt mit dem OC-Teil für ALLE Assistentengruppen am Freitag, 06.05.2011 ab 14 Uhr mit der Platzübernahme und einem Sicherheitsrundgang im Praktikum in F01-231a. Die gemeinsame Platzübernahme aller Gruppen ist notwendig, da die Arbeitsplätze überwiegend doppelt belegt werden und Sie somit die Möglichkeit haben, Ihre Arbeitsplatzpartnerin bzw. Arbeitsplatzpartner bereits kennen zu lernen!
Das Praktikum findet jeweils an 2 Tagen pro Woche (Mo-Di oder Do-Fr) von 14-19 Uhr statt.
Die Mo-Di-Assistentengruppen starten mit den Experimenten am Montag, 09.05.2011 und die Do-Fr-Assistenten starten am Donnerstag, 12.05.2011 jeweils ab 14 Uhr.Weitere verbindliche Termine für das Praktikum sind:
Montag, 11.07.2011 von 14-19 Uhr findet in F01 eine Saalreinigung, Endreinigung der Arbeitsplätze und Abnahme durch die Assistenten statt. Da die Arbeitsplätze überwiegend doppelt vergeben sind, ist es wichtig, dass an diesem Tag auch ALLE Studierenden vor Ort sind.
Vom 12.bis 15.07.2011 finden die Platzabgaben (Dauer: ca. 1 Stunde) nach Terminvereinbarung statt.
