Hugo Kükelhaus befasst sich mit der Entwicklung der Sinne beim Kind. Lernvorgänge sind die bedeutendsten Wechselwirkungen, die sich zwischen einem Lebewesen und seiner Umwelt abspielen. Wird dieser Vorgang gestört, wird auch die Beziehung des Lebewesens zu seiner Umwelt gestört.
Der Focus soll auf ein kreatives, spielerisches, haptisches Sein versus einer Übertechnisierung gerichtet sein, die Körper, Seele und Geist aufspaltet. Nach Kükelhaus muss der menschliche Organismus von jedem erst aktualisiert werden. So ist z.B. unsere Haut das "äußere Gehirn des Menschen".
Das Seminar befasst sich mit Umweltfragen im Kontext menschlicher Entwicklung und wie Lernen sinnvoll und lustvoll gestaltet werden kann.
Unter anderem werden folgende Themenbereiche bearbeitet:- Die Einheit der Sinne
- Wahrnehmen, Erkennen, Verstehen, Handeln
- Kybernetik
- Gehirnforschung
- Kommunikation.
Im Seminar werden verschiedene Methoden dargestellt. Theorie und Praxis sollen dabei verknüpft werden.
