Die Teilnahme ist geeignet für Interessierte, die bereits über Grundkenntnisse der PC-Bedienung verfügen und fit sind im Umgang mit Tastatur und Maus. Im Zentrum dieser Veranstaltung stehen die wichtigen Funktionen „Surfen, Mailen und Suchen“. Individuelle Lernbedürfnisse und Lerngeschwindigkeiten der Teilnehmenden werden berücksichtigt, damit alle in und mit dem Internet interessante Lernerfahrungen haben und Entdeckungen machen werden – Spaß inbegriffen.
Geübt und vertieft werden soll nicht nur in den Sitzungen, sondern auch am eigenen PC.
