Die Veranstaltung wendet sich an alle Studenten der Sportwissenschaft, die an sportmedizinisch relevanten Fragestellungen interessiert sind oder gegebenenfalls schon arbeiten. Nach einem ca. 30-minütigen Vortrag zu ausgewählten Themen sportmedizinischer Forschung mit anschließender Diskussion bietet sich Gelegenheit, mit den Mitarbeitern des AB I die Bearbeitung planbarer Schritte der Forschungstätigkeit zu besprechen. Die inhaltliche Gestaltung orientiert sich an der Zusammensetzung der Gruppe. Es ist daher wünschenswert, dass sich die Angesprochenen vor Semesterbeginn im Sekretariat des AB Sportmedizin (E0-106) melden. Die Veranstaltung ist für alle Studiengänge der Sportwissenschaft offen.

Die Teilnehmer sollten das Modul TdS-2 (Naturwissenschaftliche Grundlagen des Sports) abgeschlossen sowie eine trainingswissenschaftlich orientierte Lehrveranstaltung (z. B. Training und Prävention im Kindes- und Jugendalter) besucht haben.
