Lerngruppen, insbesondere auch Kleingruppen bedürfen der Moderation, wenn Lernchancen optimal genutzt und Lerneffekte für die einzelnen Lernenden möglichst befriedigend erreicht werden sollen. Der Workshop soll Teilnehmer/innen die Gelegenheit bieten, nach bestimmten Regeln Kleingruppen zu moderieren und zu lernen, in moderierten Gruppen Lernmöglichkeiten zu nutzen. Im Vordergrund stehen thematisch verschiedene Moderationsarten, die Rolle des Moderators, die Rolle der Teilnehmer, Methodeneinsatz und Feedback. Die Teilnehmer erhalten die Gelegenheit, eigene Moderationsprozesse durchzuführen und sich in der Rolle des Moderators / der Moderatorin auszuprobieren. Dazu gehört: Die Vorbereitung einer moderierten Lernsituation und sachliche Klärung; die Durchführung einer Kurzmoderation in unterschiedlichen Rollen; die Reflexion und Systematisierung der Erfahrungen; die Ergebnissicherung: Die Arbeitsergebnisse sollen jeweils dokumentiert werden. Es wird vorausgesetzt, dass alle Teilnehmer/innen einen aktiven Part in Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Dokumentation übernehmen.

Master of Arts: Voraussetzung ist die Zulassung zum Master of Arts Erziehungswissenschaft
Teilnahmevoraussetzung: Das Seminar ist nur für Studierende geöffnet, die das Seminar "Didaktikwerkstatt: Lernprozeßsteuerung" (250198 abgeschlossen haben.
