In diesem Seminar werden Konzepte einer pädagogischen Lern- und Leistungsdiagnostik (bzw. auch als Förderdiagnostik bezeichnet), erarbeitet und kritisch-reflexiv beleuchtet. Individuelles Lernvermögen von Schülern und Schülerinnen und gesellschaftliche Bedingungen schulischer Lern- und Leistungsorganisation werden auf ihre Wechselwirkung überprüft als notwendiges Wissen für angemessenes, förderpädagogisches Lehrerhandeln.
Es werden verschiedene Verfahren und Methoden erarbeitet, mit denen individuelle Lernstände und Lernvoraussetzungen von Schülerinnen und Schülern analysiert werden können. Verschiedene Möglichkeiten der Leistungsdokumentation, -messung und -beurteilung sollen am Ende des Seminars in ihren jeweiligen Vor- und Nachteilen kritisch reflektiert werden können. Die einzelnen Themen der Lehrveranstaltung werden dabei gleichermaßen unter theoretischem, empirischem und praktischem Gesichtspunkt bearbeitet.

Das Seminar wird sowohl aus synchronen Zoom-Webinaren als auch aus asynchronen eigenständigen Einzel- (und evtl. Gruppen-) Arbeiten bestehen.
