Umgang mit Heterogenität gilt in diesem Modul als pädagogische
Herausforderung. Sie wirft theoretische Grundprobleme auf - nach dem Verständnis von Gerechtigkeit,
nach dem Verhältnis von Individualisierung und Standardisierung.
Wie kann die oft gegebene Antwort: Differenzierung und Integration praktisch
realisiert werden a) auf der Ebene des Schulsystems (dazu werden wir uns um
internationale Vergleiche bemühen) und b) in der einzelnen Schule bzw. dem
Unterricht (dazu werden wir Modelle und Methoden der Didaktik prüfen)? Nach
Möglichkeit sollen konkrete Fälle angesehen und analysiert werden.
Das Seminar findet zunächst alle zwei Wochen (beginnend mit dem 24.10.03)
in Doppelsitzungen, nach den Weihnachtsferien in einem Blockseminar
(16./17.1.04) statt, um Methodenvielfalt und Differenzierung in der eigenen Arbeit praktizieren zu können.
