Studierende 1-60
Die Studenten kennen die Definition und die Klassifikation des Diabetes mellitus und können anhand der klinischen Symptome sowie der notwendigen Laborparameter die Diagnose eines Diabetes mellitus Typ 1 stellen.Die Studenten können den Unterschied zwischen dem Diabetes mellitus Typ 1 und Typ 2 erläutern.
Die Studenten sind vertraut mit der Inzidenz sowie der Epidemiologie des Typ-1 -Diabetes.
Ihnen sind die diabetesspezifischen Autoantikörper bekannt und sie wissen, dass der T1D eine Autoimmunerkrankung ist und eine genetische Prädisposition besteht.
Sie kennen die Symptome einer Ketoazidose und wissen in Grundzügen, dass man diese mit einer Rehydrierung und mit Insulin intravenös behandelt.
Sie kennen die Symptome einer Hypoglykämie und wissen, wann man diese mit schnell wirksamen Kohlenhydraten oder mit Glukagon behandelt.
Die Studenten können die verschiedenen Therapieformen (CT, ICT, CSII, CGM, Closed-Loop-Systeme) des T1D erläutern und die verschiedenen Insuline benennen und hinsichtlich ihrer Pharmakokinetik unterscheiden.
Die Studenten können die Folgeerkrankungen sowie die Begleiterkrankungen des T1D schildern.
In Grundzügen können sie etwas zur Krankheitsbewältigung, Lebensqualität und sozialen Aspekten insbesondere in der Kinderdiabetologie formulieren.
