Die Absolventin und der Absolvent wenden patientennahe therapeutische Kompetenzen situativ adäquat, hygienisch einwandfrei und in einer für die Patientinnen und Patienten respektvollen Weise an. Sie beherrschen geburtshilfliche Prozeduren. Sie können die Geburt mitbetreuen.

Sie erklären die Vorgänge im Körper in der Schwangerschaft, beim Geburtsvorgang und in der Stillzeit. Sie können Schwangerschaft, Geburt und Stillzeit und deren Steuerung aufseiten der Mutter und des Kindes erklären.


In dieser Unterrichteinheiten vertiefen Sie ihre Kenntnisse zur physiologischen Geburtsmechanik indem Sie die verschiedenen Einstellung des kindlichen Kopfes im mütterlichen Becken während der Geburt am Simulator üben.
