250121 Professionelle Kooperation in inklusiven Schulen (S) (SoSe 2022)

Multiprofessionelle Kooperation gilt als eine der zentralen Stellschrauben für die Entwicklung inklusiver Schulen und inklusiven Unterrichts. Neben der eher unterrichtsnahen Zusammenarbeit zwischen allgemeinen und sonderpädagogischen Lehrkräften spielt auch die Kooperation von Lehrkräften mit Schulsozialarbeiter*innen, (pädagogischen) Fachkräften im Ganztag und Integrationskräften eine immer größere Rolle.
Im Seminar erarbeiten wir gemeinsam grundlegenden Aspekte und Konzeptionen der Kooperation und Teamentwicklung in inklusiven Schulen. Hierbei werden verschiedenen Ebenen der Betrachtung kooperativer Prozesse berücksichtigt und professionelle Perspektiven vor dem Hintergrund unterschiedlicher theoretischer Prämissen reflektiert.
Darauf aufbauend lernen die Teilnehmer*innen Instrumente zur Reflexion von Kooperation in multiprofessionellen Teams kennen, diskutieren die Chancen und Herausforderungen multiprofessioneller Kooperation und analysieren förderliche und hemmende Faktoren.
