250108 Gleichheit durch Differenz? – Zum Selbstverständnis ausgewählter pädagogischer Handlungsfelder (S) (SoSe 2014)

In der Jugendarbeit prägen die Differenzlinien Geschlecht und Migration auf den ersten Blick das Selbstverständnis und somit auch die Konzeption pädagogischer Institutionen. Nach einer einführenden Betrachtung theoretischer Diskurse zur (De) Konstruktion von Geschlecht und Migration, steht der Blick in die pädagogische Praxis im Mittelpunkt.
In diesem Seminar haben Studierende die Gelegenheit, regionale Einrichtungen, Projekte und Netzwerke in kleinen Gruppen zu erkunden. Selbstverständnis und Konzeptionen der Institutionen sollen im Seminar vorgestellt und diskutiert werden. Im Fokus stehen unterschiedliche Themenfelder wie Angebote zur Berufsorientierung und Stärkung der eigenen Persönlichkeit sowie medienpädagogische Projekte.
Ziel des Seminars ist die Reflexion von pädagogischen Konzepten zum Umgang mit heterogenen Lebenslagen im Jugendalter sowie eine Rekonstruktion von Wandlungsprozessen innerhalb der pädagogischen Praxis
