?      die Ursachen von Übergewicht und Adipositas benennen.

?      die Basisdiagnostik bei Übergewicht und Adipositas beschreiben.

?      die Komorbiditäten und Komplikationen von Überwicht und Adipositas benennen.

?      die Empfehlungen zur Prävention der Adipositas erklären.

?      die (nicht-medikamentösen) Therapiemaßnahmen von Übergewicht und Adipositas beschreiben.

?      die Versorgungsaspekte in der hausärztlichen Praxis beschreiben.


In dieser Vorlesung werden Übergewicht und Adipositas definiert und klassifiziert (WHO Gradeinteilung). Neben Ursachen und der Abgrenzung zu Essstörungen und endokrinen Ursachen, werden die Basisdiagnostik und die 6 Therapiesäulen (Ernährung, Bewegung, psychologische Unterstützung, Medikamente, DIGAs, ''bariatrische OP) ''thematisiert. Außerdem wird ein Fokus auf Komorbiditäten, Komplikationen und Präventionsmaßnahmen sowie auf die Versorgungsaspekte adipöser Menschen in der hausärztlichen Praxis gelegt.
