Anhand programmatischer Texte soll in die Historische Anthropologie eingeführt werden, anhand ausgewählter, mit dieser Methode arbeitender Studien soll herausgearbeitet werden, welche Themen die Historische Anthropologie vorrangig bearbeitet, welche Fragen sie stellt, mit welchen Quellen sie arbeitet, welche Erkenntnisse sie vorlegt.
