230202 Lektüre Griechisch: Die Mimiamben des Herondas (S) (SoSe 2017)

Hero(n)das, dessen Lebenszeit ungefähr um die Mitte bzw. in der zweiten Hälfte des 3. Jh.s v. Chr. anzusetzen ist, verfaßte sog. Mimiamben, d.h. Mimen im Hinkiambus des ephesischen Iambographen Hipponax, der im 6. Jh. v. Chr. in ionischer Alltagssprache drastisch-realistische Spott- und Bettellieder gedichtet hatte, die ihre Stoffe dem Milieu der untersten Schichten entlehnten. Herodas übernahm den hipponakteischen Hinkiambus und brachte ihn mit dem Mimus zusammen. Auf dieser Grundlage schuf Herodas sieben drastisch-komische, "mimische" Alltags- und Augenblicksbilder. Der besonderen Art dieser mimischen Alltagsbilder wird die Lektüreübung nachspüren.
