In der Lehrerausbildung, in der Lehrerfortbildung aller Schulformen sowie auch in der Unterrichtspraxis spielen Lehr-Lernmethoden eine immer größere Rolle. Im Zentrum eines gewachsenen "Methoden-Bewußtseins" stehen die Arbeiten und Konzepte von Heinz Klippert. Sein Ansatz soll im Seminar vorgestellt und erprobt werden. Daneben sollen die "Klassiker" des sozialwissenschaftlichen Methodenspektrums nicht zu kurz kommen (Simulation, Zukunftswerkstatt u.ä.). Außerdem soll die eigene Kommunikationskompetenz (z.B. in der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von ExperInneninterviews, in der Erkundung außerschulischer Lernorte) gefördert werden.
