Nach diesem Praktikumstag sind Sie in der Lage, den Glukosegehalt des Blutes sowohl im Labor als auch patientennah zu bestimmen.

Sie können eine SDS-PAGE zur Trennung von Proteinen durchführen.


In der ersten Praktikumswoche liegt der Fokus auf der Diagnostik von Glukosestoffwechselkrankheiten. Dazu lernen wir Methoden zur Bestimmung des Blutglukoselevels und Methoden zum Nachweis des Peptidhormons Insulin und seiner Vorstufe kennen.
