Die Veranstaltung fokussiert Personal als Strukturvariable von Organisationen. Dazu sollen sowohl soziologische Grundlagen, aktuelle Themen als auch einschlägige Probleme des Personalmanagements diskutiert werden. Unter anderem soll auf folgende Themenkomplexe eingegangen werden:
- Theoretische Grundlagen
- Analyse ausgewählter Personalmanagementkonzepte im Vergleich
- Betriebliche Mitbestimmung
Anhand von Texten und Fallbeispielen soll Studierenden ein differenzierter Umgang mit Theorien und Instrumenten der Personalplanung vermittelt werden. Dabei soll deutlich werden, dass der Bereich der Personalplanung ein flexibel gestaltbares Feld in Organisationen darstellt und stets das Ergebnis von Entscheidungs- und Aushandlungsprozessen ist.
Das Seminar ist als Blockveranstaltung geplant. Eine erste Vorbesprechung findet am 4. Februar um 17.15 Uhr in U3-211 statt. Die Teilnahme an der Vorbesprechung ist für die Teilnahme am Seminar obligatorisch.
