In diesem Seminar werden wir der Frage nachgehen, wie der Unterschiedlichkeit der Schülerinnen und Schüler durch äußere und innere Differenzierungsmaßnahmen Rechnung getragen werden kann. Den Schwerpunkt wird dabei die innere Differenzierung bilden. Es sollen verschiedene Modelle innerer Differenzierung ebenso in den Blick genommen werden wie praktische Instrumente der Umsetzung. Unterrichtskonzeptionen sollen im Hinblick auf die Chancen überprüft werden, die sie inneren Differenzierungsmaßnahmen eröffnen. Auch die Schwierigkeiten und Grenzen innerer Differenzierung sollen Gegenstand der Auseinandersetzung werden.
