250145 Risiko und Förderung: (Aktuelle) Topoi im migrationspädagogischen Diskurs der (frühen) Kindheit (S) (SoSe 2013)

Ohne starke Risikoannahmen, die jedoch kaum je explizit gemacht werden, ist der aktuelle Förderdiskurs in Bildungspolitik, Pädagogik, Erziehungswissenschaft sowie der (pädagogischen Fach-) Öffentlichkeit kaum zu denken. (Frühe) Förderung, möglichst umfassend und zumeist bezogen auf spezifische Entwicklungsbereiche, etwa die Sprachentwicklung junger Kinder im Kindergartenalter, erscheint gegenwärtig als Allheilmittel, um Elternängste, gesellschaftliche Unsicherheiten und den Konkurrenzdruck, unter dem Bildungsinstitutionen stehen, zu besänftigen.
Der Zusammenhang von Risikoannahmen, der Konzipierung von Förderangeboten und ihrer weit verbreiteten Implementation wird im Seminar historisch, theoretisch und im Rückgriff auf verfügbare empirische Studie kritisch bearbeitet.
