Das Seminar Schulbezogene Forschung Musikpädagogik/Kunstpädagogik dient zur Vorbereitung auf das Praxissemester und der darin verankerten Begleitveranstaltung (Begleitseminar Praxissemester Schulbezogene Forschung Musikpädagogik/Kunstpädagogik).
Ziel des Praxissemesters ist es, eine forschende Grundhaltung zu entwickeln, um (zukünftige) Erfahrungen im komplexen Berufs- und Handlungsfeld Schule reflektieren zu können. Diese stellt eine wichtige Kompetenz im Rahmen der beruflichen Professionalisierung dar.
Vor diesem Hintergrund werden in diesem Seminar praxisnah Grundlagen wissenschaftlicher Forschungsmethoden vermittelt und deren Möglichkeiten und Grenzen zur Erfassung von Lehr-Lern-Prozessen im Musikunterricht/Kunstunterricht erörtert. Während des Seminars lernen die Studierenden eine eigene Forschungsfrage zu entwickeln. Auf der Grundlage der Forschungsfrage werden Überlegungen bezüglich einer geeigneten und den Erhebungsbedingungen angemessene Forschungsmethode angestellt, die in der Lage ist, Daten zu erfassen, anhand dieser wiederum die Forschungsfrage beantwortet werden kann. Diese Arbeitsschritte werden in einer Forschungsskizze (Studienprojekt) ausgearbeitet und dienen als Arbeitsgrundlage für das Begleitseminar im darauffolgenden Semester.
