Im Seminar werden gesetzliche Vorgaben und amtliche Erlasse sowie einschlägige Texte, die in der NS-Zeit erschienen sind, behandelt. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Ratgeberliteratur, die sich an Eltern von Kindern wendet, die aus der Grundschule in Sonderschulen oder in die Fürsorgeerziehung ausgelesen werden. Mit dem Seminar kann ein Selbststudium verbunden werden.
