Die Auseinandersetzung mit aktuellen Geschlechtertheorien ist für die Erziehungswissenschaft von zentraler Bedeutung: gesellschaftliche Ungleichheiten, Subjektivierungsweisen, Sozialisationsprozesse, Arbeitsverhältnisse, sozialpädagogische Interventionen basieren auf, sind dominiert von und reproduzieren das soziale Konstrukt ¿Geschlecht¿. Im Mittelpunkt des Seminars steht die Diskussion aktueller Theorien und Analysen der Gender und Queer Studies sowie deren Relevanz für erziehungswissenschaftliche Fragestellungen. Inhaltliche Schwerpunktsetzungen erfolgen anhand der Interessen der Studierenden.
