Die Veranstaltung wird weitgehend in Präsenz stattfinden.

Achtung: Montags beginnt die Vorlesung um 14.00 Uhr (s.t.) und freitags um 10.00 Uhr (s.t.).

Diese Vorlesung bietet einen Überblick über die zentralen Themen der Arbeitspsychologie und zwar die theoretischen Grundlagen (z.B. Handlungsregulation), die Arbeitsbedingungen (z.B. Arbeitsanalyse, Belastungen in der Arbeit), die Arbeitsgestaltung (z.B. zeitliche Gestaltung der Arbeit) und die Konsequenzen von Arbeit (z.B. Arbeitszufriedenheit, Dysfunktionales Verhalten).

Allgemeine Anforderungen bei Lehrveranstaltungen: 
Die Anforderungen an die regelmäßige und aktive Teilnahme und die Studienleistung und Modulprüfung sind unten näher erläutert. In den FsB und Modulhandbüchern finden sich nähere Informationen dazu. 

Teilnahmevoraussetzungen, notwendige Vorkenntnisse: 
Der Inhalt der Veranstaltung ist für das Modul O (Anwendungsfach III: Organisations- und Angewandte Sozialpsychologie) im Studiengang BSc relevant. Die Vorlesung kann auch im Rahmen der individuellen Ergänzung besucht werden.


Die Vorlesung ist auf maximal 160 Teilnehmer*innen ausgelegt. Studierende im Studiengang Psychologie (Master, BSc) werden vorrangig aufgenommen.

Zum Erwerb der Studienleistung ist eine regelmäßige und aktive Teilnahme notwendig. Dies umfasst die regelmäßige, sinnvolle, individuelle und rechtzeitige Beantwortung von Übungsfragen zur Vorlesung. Um 2 weitere LP (insgesamt 6 LP) im Rahmen der Modulprüfung O im BSc-Studiengang Psychologie zu erwerben, ist zusätzlich zur regelmäßigen Beantwortung der Übungsfragen das Bestehen der Modulklausur erforderlich. 
Maßgeblich ist die Ankündigung beim ersten Veranstaltungstermin.
