Das Seminar ist die Begleitveranstaltung zu der Berufsfeldbezogenen Praxisstudie (BPSt). Dieses Seminar ist für Studierende konzipiert, die einer (ehrenamtlichen) pädagogischen Tätigkeit in einem außerschulischen Bereich nachkommen, oder im Rahmen des Seminars einer freiwilligen Tätigkeit in einer pädagogischen Einrichtung nachgehen. Die Studierenden, die sich im Rahmen des Seminars selbstständig einen Praktikumsplatz suchen und keiner kontinuierlichen (ehrenamtlichen) Tätigkeit nachgehen, müssen bis zu der ersten Sitzung (10.11.) einen festen Praktikumsplatz haben. Hierbei gilt zu beachten, dass diese Tätigkeit mindestens 80 Stunden umfasst sowie einen Bezug zu Fragen von Diagnose, Förderung und Kooperation hat.
Die Seminarinhalte fokussieren einen intensiven Austausch und den individuelle Professionalisierungsprozess. Theoretische Bezüge wird es schwerpunktmäßig zu den Bereichen Diagnostik und Förderung, Beziehungsgestaltung (Anerkennung und Beziehung) sowie Kooperation geben.
