Die Stimme ist wichtig, um mit anderen Menschen in Kontakt zu treten - doch auch die Stimmfunktion unterliegt einem Alterungsprozess, der die Leistungsfähigkeit einschränken kann. Dieses praxisnahe Seminar vermittelt Ihnen einen Einblick in die Physiologie der Stimmgebung und die, auf sie einwirkenden, Faktoren, wie z. B. Körperhaltung, Atmung, Artikulation und Persönlichkeit. Die theoretischen Grundlagen werden in den jeweiligen Bereichen mit praktischen Übungen kombiniert, so dass das "Phänomen Stimme" direkt erfahrbar wird. Einfach zu erlernende Übungen zur Stimmpflege und -kräftigung werden in diesem Seminar zusammen mit den TeilnehmerInnen erarbeitet.
