In dieser Vertiefung steht die feldbezogene Auseinandersetzung mit der Sozialen Arbeit in und mit Sozialen Räumen gemäß den Interessen der TeilnehmerInnen im Vordergrund. Nach Absprache mit der Dozentin wird die Vorbereitung einer mündlichen Präsentation sowie der anschließenden schriftlichen Ausarbeitung (bevorzugt als Gruppenarbeit) in Einzel- und Plenarterminen begleitet. Leistungsnachweise können durch die Präsentation (Referat + Ausarbeitung, Erstellung einer Website, o.ä.) eines exemplarischen Feldes erworben werden. Die grundlegende Literatur wird vorgegeben.
Wesentliches Merkmal für den Leistungsnachweis stellt die Vermittlung der Arbeitserträge dar. Leistungsnachweise sind daher nur in solchen Formen möglich, die die KommilitonInnen vom gewonnen Wissen profitieren lassen.
