Das Kolloquium richtet sich an Studierende, die aktuell oder demnächst ihre Masterarbeit im Bereich „Wirtschaft und Arbeit“ schreiben und dabei qualitativ empirisch und/oder theoretisch arbeiten. Die Veranstaltung dient dazu, Ideen zu Thema, Fragestellung, Umsetzung, Methoden und Gliederung der Arbeit vorzustellen und zu diskutieren. Neben der inhaltlichen Diskussion können auch unmittelbar praktische Fragen der Konzeption und Gestaltung der wissenschaftlichen Abschlussarbeit angesprochen und geklärt werden. Insbesondere sollen – je nach Bedarf und entlang des Arbeitsprozesses – die folgenden Themen behandelt werden:
• Themenfindung und -eingrenzung
• Theoretischer Rahmen und methodisches Vorgehen
• Textaufbau und -organisation
• Gestaltung und Überarbeitung des Textes

Von den Studierenden wird die Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitarbeit, zur Präsentation der eigenen Masterarbeit, sowie zur Auseinandersetzung mit den Arbeiten der Peers erwartet.
