In vielen Fällen pädagogischer und sozialpädagogischer Arbeit benötigen wir Beratungskompetenzen, z.B. bei Elterngesprächen in der Schule oder bei der Beratung von Menschen in persönlichen Schwierigkeiten. Im Seminar werden beratungstheoretische und praktische Ansätze dargestellt mit dem Schwerpunkt Nondirektive Beratung. Wir werden uns ausführlich mit den drei Variablen von Carl Rogers - Empathie, Wertschätzung und Kongruenz - beschäftigen und sie als Grundhaltung einüben, in der wir den Beziehungsraum gestalten und unsere Übungsgespräche führen. Dabei werden wir uns auch mit psychoanalytischen und systemtheoretischen Erkenntnissen, Kommunikationstherorien und den Rahmenbedingungen pädagogischer Beratung auseinandersetzen. Praktische Übungen (Rollentraining, Kasuistik) sind der Schwerpunkt in diesem Seminar und sollen Ihre persönliche Beratungskompetenz fördern.
