Die Studierenden können die Anfertigung von Blut- und Knochenmarksausstrichen erläutern. Sie wissen um die standardisierten Vorgehensweisen bei der mikroskopischen Untersuchung der Ausstrichpräparate. Die Studierenden können charakteristische Zellveränderungen bei Neoplasien des hämatopoetischen Systems benennen.


Hellfeldmikroskopie einschließlich Benutzung einer Ölimmersion

Techniken der Blutentnahme und Knochenmarkspunktion

Mikroskopische Technik: Anfertigung von Ausstrichpräparaten. Besonderheiten der Pappenheim-Färbung

Wiederholung und Vertiefung der mikroskopischen Befunde des Blutes.

  • Korrekte Mikroskopie des Blutausstrichs
  • 1 Thrombozyt im 1000x-fach Sehfeld entspricht 20.000 Thrombos / Mikroliter
  • Beurteilung der Erythrozyten: Größe, Form, Farbe, Agglutinate, Einschlüsse?
  • Differenzierung von 100 (200 Leukozyten)

Darstellung von 2-3 exemplarischen Fällen (AML, MPN, MDS)
