Die Studierenden können sensibel mit individuellen Schamgrenzen umgehen und gleichzeitig die ärztlichen Pflichten und Aufgaben erklären und erfüllen. (14c.5.2.2; VIII.2.5.2.1)

Spezielle Anamnese (Sexualanamnese)

Die Studierenden können eine Sexualanamnese, inklusive Menstruationsanamnese, durchführen und dokumentieren. (14c.2.4.10; VIII.2.2.3.7)


Die Studierenden setzen sich vor dem Hintergrund der in den Kommunikationsseminaren erworbenen Wissensinhalte konkret und praktisch mit dem Erheben einer Anamnese im Themenfeld Urogenitalsystem auseinander. Die hier häufig berührten individuellen (Scham-)Grenzen von Patient*innen lernen sie zu erfassen und zu respektieren sowie ggf. eigene Schwierigkeiten hinsichtlich der Gesprächsführung/Anamneseerhebung in diesem Bereich für sich selbst zu identifizieren und zu reflektieren. Sie trainieren Strategien der Anamneseerhebung in diesem Themenfeld (mögliche Konsultationsanlässe: Miktionsstörungen bei beningner Prostatahypertrophie/-plasie, alternativ: Kontinenzbeschwerden; Zyklusanamnese i. R. einer gynäkologischen Vorsorgeeuntersuchung).

Wie in den vorangegangenen Modulen wird es Rollenspiele mit Simulationspersonen zu diesen Themen geben, die ausführlich vorbesprochen werden in der Kleingruppe. Außerdem wird Zeit für Feedback und Reflexion gegeben.
