Der allgemeine Teil des Schuldrechts gehört zu den Kernmaterien des Bürgerlichen Rechts. Er bildet mit den zu behandelnden Vertragstypen (Kauf-, Werk-, Dienst- und Mietvertrag) die rechtliche Grundlage unseres Wirtschaftslebens. Schuldverhältnisse können aus Vertrag oder Gesetz entstehen. Sie begründen zwischen den Parteien Leistungspflichten und Schutzpflichten. Die Veranstaltung beschäftigt sich mit der Entstehung solcher Rechtsverbindungen, mit ihren Inhalten, mit Leistungsstörungen und dem Erlöschen. Auch das allgemeine Schadensersatzrecht ist zu behandeln.
Für Studierende Bachelor/Rechtswissenschaft Nebenfach:
Den Sitzschein erhält, wer regelmäßig anwesend ist (Unterschriftenliste) und nicht mehr als 3 mal gefehlt hat.
